BEARS IN THE DESERT - APRIL 26 & 27, 2009
University of California - Berkeley's 6th Annual Cal Dinner Party & Golf Tournament.
Join a number of Cal Coaches and Athletic Department representatives along with many past Cal greats. Special guests will include Cal’s new Head Basketball Coach Mike Montgomery and recently selected to the Collegiate Hall of Fame, former Baseball Coach Bob Milano. Other guests include Cal Hall of Fame Coach Mike White and Cal’s All-American quarterback and Cal representative, Craig Morton.
Other members of the Athletic Department and the University family have been invited to attend and update us on what’s going on at Berkeley and the Cal Athletic Program.
Athletic Director Sandy Barbour has also been asked to join us.
This fun filled ‘Cal’ Party will bring together Cal Alums and Friends from the Desert and all over California and beyond. The event benefits the California Alumni Club of the Desert's scholarshlip program.

Cal Alumni Club of the Desert is primarily responsible for the Bears in the Desert Golf Tournament and Party. Other Cal Alumni events are in the process of being planned.
